Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and the efficient management of appointments:

Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment:          

• There will be no charge for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours: 

• A 50% of treatment price will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment:                                   

• A full charge of the treatment price will be charged to the card on file.

No-shows:

• In the event that a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full charge of the treatment price will be charged to the card on file.
